These TM series membrane dryers feature a fiber with high resistance and pressure cycling. Untreated compressed air always contains moisture, which can pose risks to the compressed air system, pneumatic equipment and the final product. Using a process called "selective permeation," membrane dryers can help remove moisture to ensure required air quality standards are met. Membrane dryers have low operating costs and require minimal maintenance. SUNWIN membrane dryers offer the most efficient membranes available to provide high performance coalescing filtration, lowering the pressure dew point of compressed air.
