Aluminum fin of evaporator is treated with thickening and anticorrosive treatment, and 0.8mm copper tube is adopted to enlarge the evaporator area, which will not be reduced and is not easy to leak.
The hot medium of the water-cooled cooler is imported from the pipe body, which flows through the flow channels in a zigzag way to the pipe outlet. And the cooler medium adopts two-pipe flow, that is, after the cooler medium enters half of the cooler pipe through the water inlet and the water distribution cover, it flows into the other half of the cooler pipe through the backwater cover and enters the other side of the water distribution cover and the water outlet pipe. In the process of two-pipe flow, the waste heat released by the absorbing hot medium is discharged from the outlet to maintain the rated working temperature of the working medium.
The air heat exchanger is all made of red copper tube, and the design is enlarged to increase the outlet temperature of the cold dryer without condensation. Reduce the inlet temperature of evaporator, reduce the load of refrigeration compressor and realize energy saving.
